Creating your account & first login
Follow these steps to get your MagicBolt account set up and connected to your Google Business Profile.

Sign up at gmb.magicbolt.ai
Visit the MagicBolt website and click Sign Up. Enter your name, business email, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

Log in and start onboarding
After verifying your email, log in at gmb.magicbolt.ai. The onboarding wizard will guide you through adding your business name and selecting your business category.

Connect your Google Business Profile
Click Connect Google when prompted. You'll be redirected to Google to grant MagicBolt permission to access your Business Profile. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing.
💡 Tip: Make sure you're signing in with the Google account that is the owner or manager of your Google Business Profile. If you're unsure, log into Google Business Manager first to check.

Select your business location
If your Google account manages multiple locations, MagicBolt will show a list. Select the correct business location (e.g. Vikings Cafe – Bhopal) and click Confirm.

You're connected! ✅
Your dashboard will now show a green Connected badge next to your business name. MagicBolt is now synced with your Google Business Profile and ready to use.
Having trouble connecting? Make sure your Google Business Profile is verified on Google Maps. Unverified listings cannot be connected to MagicBolt. Visit business.google.com to check your verification status.

Setting up your Magic Link & QR Code
Your Magic Link and QR Code are the most important tools for collecting reviews. Share them anywhere a customer might see them.

MagicBolt gives you a unique short URL (e.g. vcafe.magicqr.in). When a customer visits this link or scans your QR code, they are guided to leave a Google review in just a few taps.

Find your Magic Link
On your dashboard, look at the top-right card labelled Your Magic Link. You'll see your unique URL (e.g. vcafe.magicqr.in). Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.

Download your QR Code
Click the Download button next to your Magic Link. Your QR code will download as a high-resolution image file. This can be printed on standees, menus, receipts, or table cards.
💡 Tip: Print the QR code at a minimum size of 3cm × 3cm so it's easy for customers to scan with any smartphone camera.

Share your Magic Link digitally
Copy your Magic Link and share it on WhatsApp messages, your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile description, email signatures, and any post-purchase follow-up messages you send customers.

Test it yourself
Scan your own QR code or open your Magic Link on your phone to see exactly what customers experience. Make sure it opens correctly and leads to your Google review page.
💡 Pro tip: Train your staff to mention the QR code at checkout. A simple "If you enjoyed your visit, would you mind leaving us a quick Google review?" can double your review rate.
View your Links page: Click the Links button on the dashboard to see all shareable links MagicBolt has generated for your business, including your website and review links.
