Follow these steps to get your MagicBolt account set up and connected to your Google Business Profile.

Sign up at gmb.magicbolt.ai
Visit the MagicBolt website and click Sign Up. Enter your name, business email, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

Log in and start onboarding
After verifying your email, log in at gmb.magicbolt.ai. The onboarding wizard will guide you through adding your business name and selecting your business category.

Connect your Google Business Profile
Click Connect Google when prompted. You'll be redirected to Google to grant MagicBolt permission to access your Business Profile. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing.
💡 Tip: Make sure you're signing in with the Google account that is the owner or manager of your Google Business Profile. If you're unsure, log into Google Business Manager first to check.

Select your business location
If your Google account manages multiple locations, MagicBolt will show a list. Select the correct business location (e.g. Vikings Cafe – Bhopal) and click Confirm.

You're connected! ✅
Your dashboard will now show a green Connected badge next to your business name. MagicBolt is now synced with your Google Business Profile and ready to use.
Having trouble connecting? Make sure your Google Business Profile is verified on Google Maps. Unverified listings cannot be connected to MagicBolt. Visit business.google.com to check your verification status.

Once connected, you'll see the main dashboard with all the tools available. Here's a quick overview of every card and what it does.
