MagicBolt AI provides automation tools for local businesses and agencies, including but not limited to:

• Google Business Profile (GBP) Automation: Automated posting, AI review responses, and SEO optimization via the official Google Business API.
• Meta Platform Automation: Automated posting, messaging, and analytics for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp via official Meta Graph and WhatsApp Business APIs.
• SEO & Analytics: AI-powered content generation, keyword tracking, and Magic QR feedback collection.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. API Usage & Compliance

Our Platform integrates with third-party APIs. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the respective provider terms:

• Google APIs: Users must adhere to the Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Meta APIs: Users must adhere to the Meta Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, and Developer Policies.

5. Meta & Google API Limited Use

We strictly follow the Limited Use requirements for both Google and Meta APIs:

• User data obtained through these APIs is used solely to provide or improve user-facing features visible within the MagicBolt AI dashboard.
• We do not use this data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• We do not transfer API-sourced data to any third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

MagicBolt AI offers various subscription plans (MB Bronze, MB Silver, MB Gold). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new users who are not satisfied with the Platform.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Acts

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Specifically regarding Meta and Google automation, you shall not:

• Generate or distribute spam, unauthorized advertising, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest data in violation of platform policies.
• Use Meta data for surveillance, data brokerage, or unauthorized profiling.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MagicBolt AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MagicBolt AI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
